1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 444cv ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating a 444cv account, accessing any part of the platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 444cv platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device used to access it, the jurisdiction from which access occurs, or the type of activity undertaken on the platform.

2. Eligibility

Use of 444cv is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Access by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing 444cv from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is permitted under local law or where no specific legal prohibition applies to your individual use of the platform.
• You are registering and using the platform solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and all funds deposited to your account are your own and free from any criminal origin.
• You have not previously been excluded from 444cv or had an account closed by 444cv for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 444cv or any of its affiliated entities.

444cv reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the platform's reasonable satisfaction. Winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be void and subject to forfeiture.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the betting and casino services on 444cv, you must register a single account. Each user is permitted to hold only one account at any time. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 444cv will never request your password by email or over the phone.
• You must notify 444cv immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if you suspect your credentials have been compromised.
• 444cv will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or where access occurred as a result of your negligence.
• 444cv reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks on any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. Any balances held on an account closed for misrepresentation shall be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

444cv accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits in INR are also accepted for eligible cross-border South Asian users. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 444cv reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the account, and only in the currency in which the deposit was made. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect all users.
• 444cv processes withdrawal requests following successful KYC verification. Standard processing times for bKash and Nagad are typically within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be returned upon request, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds, free spins, and promotion credits are non-withdrawable and are subject to separate wagering requirement conditions disclosed at the time of each promotion.
• 444cv will not process any withdrawal to a third-party account. The account holder who made the deposit must be the same person who receives the withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party payment method will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a security review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

444cv offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are credited to the promotional balance in your account. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. Promotional balance must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted). The specific rollover multiple applicable to each offer will be disclosed in the offer terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or by coordinating with other users will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without notice or compensation.
• 444cv reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not adversely affect any bonus already credited to a user's account prior to the date of amendment.

444cv does not guarantee that any particular promotional offer will be available to every registered user. Eligibility for specific promotions may vary based on account standing, deposit history, jurisdiction, and other factors. 6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 444cv are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or casino game. General betting and gaming rules include the following:

• Bets are accepted and settled in BDT. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, subject to any applicable rules regarding event postponement, abandonment, or cancellation.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) engines for virtual games, and by physical dealing/spinning mechanisms broadcast from licensed studios for live casino games. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical failure or error that results in a game being recorded incorrectly, 444cv reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant users' accounts. 444cv will not be liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by game type, account tier, and current promotional conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of 444cv must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, abusive, or contrary to the integrity of the platform. The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure if the breach is confirmed:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any advantage not available to manual users.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other users to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting errors in bonus calculation.
• Attempting to launder money, process funds of criminal origin through the platform, or use 444cv for any purpose connected with financial crime, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Colluding with other users, platform staff, or game providers to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or transaction on the platform.
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information to 444cv, including during KYC verification, payment processing, or when contacting customer support.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

444cv reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or any specific game or promotion terms.
• 444cv is required to take action by applicable law, regulation, a court order, or a request from a competent government or regulatory authority.
• The user has requested self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming Policy, or has failed to respond to KYC requests within the required timeframe.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 444cv platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game interfaces, text, logos, trademarks, and trade names, is the exclusive intellectual property of 444cv or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of platform content without express written permission from 444cv is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444cv shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

444cv does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected within a particular timeframe. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where statutory consumer protection law in Bangladesh grants rights that cannot be excluded by contract, nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude those rights.

11. Responsible Gaming

444cv is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. As a condition of using the platform, all users agree to the following:

• Gambling is an entertainment activity. Users acknowledge that the house edge means that gambling losses are the expected outcome over the long term, and that past results do not predict future outcomes.
• Users may set personal deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods from the account settings section. 444cv will honour these self-imposed limits immediately upon activation and will not permit increases to take effect for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Any user who believes they may have a gambling problem is strongly encouraged to contact [email protected] to activate self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closes the account and prevents re-registration for the chosen exclusion period. External support is available through problem gambling helplines and counselling services.
• 444cv will not knowingly permit a self-excluded user to re-register or access any account during their exclusion period. If a self-excluded user circumvents exclusion measures and places bets, those bets will be void and any winnings forfeited.

12. Amendments to These Terms

444cv reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 444cv will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address on the account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 444cv following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the change.

13. Contact and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the user and 444cv may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution process.
